Natural Remedies For Stomach Ulcer Treatment

There are some really great natural remedies for stomach ulcer treatment. Stomach ulcers and stomach conditions seem to be be on rise. As an iridologist about 75% of the people see have some form of stomach problem.

A lot of this can be due to stress effecting our digestive systems but also a poor diet.

Natural Remedies to Soothe And Heal Your Stomach

Since this is a widespread problem I wanted to share some of the best home remedies for stomach problems that I’ve come across, particualy for low stomach acid and stomach ulcers.

Raw cabbage

Cabbage is a great remedy for stomach issues. You can either enjoy it fermented as saurkraut (which adds great flora to the digestion as well) or trying juicing it.

I recommend juicing carrots with the cabbage (as it makes it taste better). Drinking half a cup of fresh cabbage juice before each meal and at bed time is what you need to do. If you keep this up you could potentially heal a stomach ulcer within a few weeks.

Bananas

Oh I love bananas! Full of antibacterial substances that inhibit the growth of ulcer causing H.pylori. Studies show that eating bananas produces a thicker stomach wall and increase mucus production in the stomach (which helps build a barrier between digestive acids and the lining of the stomach). Eat at least 3 a day to gain the benefits.

Cayenne Pepper And Raw Honey

Cayenne pepper is healing for ulcers and can even act as a little pain relief. Now it’s pretty strong to start with, so maybe just try 1/8 a teaspoon in a glass of water and add lemon juice and raw honey to taste. Mix this up and enjoy three times (generally after food if at a main meal). After time you can try 1/4 teaspoon.

Raw honey itself has amazing medicinal properties and will also help to reduce inflammation of the lining of the stomach.

Colloidal silver

Colloid silver is wonderful. I’m so lucky here in Bali it’s pretty easy to find and is reasonably priced too. It’s great to help heal damaged stomach tissue and will also help in killing of H. pylori bacteria.

A few other good ulcer remedies are: garlic, raw goats’ milk, barley water, aloe juice, propolis capsules, licorice root or marshmallow root.

Of course fasting is the ultimate healer. By allowing your stomach to rest you’ll get amazing benefits in a short space of time. You can join my Online Juice Fast for free.

Also consider regular intermittent fasting to give your stomach a break and time to heal and repair between meals.

Cheers
